Terms of Use

By using Smoh you agree to what is written below. If something does not suit you, please do not use the service and write to us.

What this service is

Smoh connects a person who needs help nearby with a volunteer willing to help. Help is free. We take no money from either side and we do not take part in the help itself.

What Smoh is not

This is not an emergency service. If life or health is at risk, call 101 (ambulance), 100 (police) or 102 (fire). The app does not replace them and does not guarantee that anyone will respond.

Who may use it

• Asking for help — from age 13.
• Volunteering — from age 18.
• Give real details about yourself: the other side relies on them.

Rules

• Do not ask for or offer anything that breaks the law.
• Do not use the service for advertising, sales or fundraising.
• Do not insult or harass other people.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

Breaking these rules means the account is blocked without warning. You can report from any request and any chat; we look into it within 24 hours.

Liability

We bring people together, but we do not vet every volunteer and we are not responsible for how a meeting goes. Whether to accept help is your decision. The service is provided as is: we work to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

Your data

What we collect and how to delete it is in the privacy policy. Deleting the account from the app removes your requests and chats with it.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page and the date at the top is updated.

Law and disputes

The service is run by KidmaTech, Sd. Yerushalayim 3a/3, Kiryat Bialik, Israel. Israeli law applies. Before going to court, please write to us — almost everything is settled by email: support@smoh.app.
